Role Description This is a full-time Solicitor role in a hybrid working arrangement, based in Sunshine Coast, in Buderim QLD with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal advice, prepare and review contracts and other legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and, where required, in court or tribunal proceedings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research,



drafting correspondence and advices, managing client files, and ensuring matters progress efficiently. The role also involves building strong client relationships through clear communication, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the firm’s community-focused culture.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of core legal principles and practice, including general Law foundations.
Experience or demonstrated capability in property-related matters, such as Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate.
Current admission as a Solicitor (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues in clear, accessible language.
Strong file management, organization, and time management skills, with attention to detail and skilled ethics.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment, with a client and community-focused mindset.
