About the Role

At Housemark, Property Managers work from the office, focused on client relationships, lease renewals, rent reviews, and the conversations that actually move the needle. The out-of-office tasks - inspections, condition reports, property visits - are handled by a dedicated Inspections Officer or Junior Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Managing your portfolio from the office - relationships, renewals, rent reviews, and outcomes
Building strong, trusted relationships with landlord clients
Proactively managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Overseeing your Inspections Officer or Junior PM across entries, exits, and routines
Coordinating maintenance and negotiating outcomes with contractors
Handling tenant matters, escalations, and dispute resolution
Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
Preparing and presenting portfolio updates and reports for landlords
Collaborating with the leasing team on vacancies and re-lets

About You
Valid Real Estate Certificate or Registration
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Minimum 2+ years' property management experience
Solid working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation




Experience with PropertyMe or similar cloud-based platforms
Excellent communication and time management skills
Genuine passion for delivering a outstanding client experience
