This is an opportunity to join Pathfinder's team to develop recent products and enhance existing ones. As we expand our technologies into recent markets, you will use your skills to design software and control systems that integrate with multiple hardware platforms and commercial applications.
You will receive the necessary coaching and training to be successful in the role.
This is a full time role based in Tullamarine, Victoria.
This position is NOT suitable for remote workers.

Must Have:
At least 4 years’ experience with Delphi 2007 alternatively C used to control hardware.
A working knowledge of computational geometry and 2D vector.
Experience in applied mathematics.
Experience with modern software development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Talent for identifying problems and solving them.
Ability to work with minimal guidance
Familiarity with any of the following will be highly regarded:
Industrial automation and/or robotics.
A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science from a nationally accredited program or equivalent.
Communication with hardware devices via TCP/IP, UDP, RS232.
Banded report generators (e.g. Fast Reports)
Version control (GIT)
Software licensing and installation
Documentation writing.
