Project Supervisor | Refrigeration
Established Refrigeration Business | $120K + Super

An opportunity has become available with a well established refrigeration business that has been operating for 60 years and has built a strong, long standing client base across the industry.

The business is looking for a Project Supervisor with a Refrigeration Mechanic background who can bring strong installation knowledge to commercial construction sites and act as the technical link between the refrigeration installation, builders and project stakeholders.
This is a role for someone who knows refrigeration from the ground up, understands how systems should be installed and is confident providing practical advice on site.

The Role You will be responsible for:
• Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring refrigeration installation works
• Working closely with builders and contractors to resolve installation issues and provide technical advice
• Reviewing installation requirements and identifying potential issues before they become problems
• Supporting the successful delivery of refrigeration systems across construction projects




• Managing site based challenges and navigating different personalities and stakeholders
• Providing a strong technical presence on site and ensuring installation standards are maintained

About You
You will ideally come from a Refrigeration Mechanic background with strong commercial installation experience.

You will need to be someone who:

• Has extensive hands on refrigeration installation experience
• Understands commercial refrigeration systems and construction environments
• Can confidently communicate with builders, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Is comfortable dealing with complex personalities and challenging conversations
• Has an assertive nature and is prepared to hold people accountable when required
• Can identify problems quickly and provide practical solutions
• Has the confidence to operate independently on construction sites
This is a excellent chance for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic who has developed solid installation skills and is ready to move into a role with greater responsibility, influence and ownership across project delivery.

Salary: $110K + Super, negotiable
