You'll be the go-to for analytics and dashboard delivery, owning requirements, design, build, iteration and maintenance of our BI products.You'll manage your own stakeholder relationships and build directly on top of a modern Snowflake-based data platform, working across both Tableau and Power BI, with a future platform decision to be shaped with your input.Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):Owning the quality, reliability and fitness-for-purpose of analytics and dashboards across TLCMaintaining and supporting existing reports and dashboards across the businessBuilding out the retirement living analytics layer as our EDW comes online, replacing reports built directly on source tablesAssessing and revamping the existing student living dashboard suiteWorking with analytics engineers to define data requirements and shape the data products you needBuilding strong relationships across the business, including GMs, operational managers and finance teamsRunning requirements sessions, translating business needs into dashboard solutions, and iterating based on feedbackLifting BI literacy and self-service capability across stakeholder groupsDelivering across Tableau and Power BI,



writing SQL as needed for analysis, data investigation and prototypingContributing to the evaluation and selection of our long-term BI platformWHAT YOU'LL BRING3–5 years in a BI, analytics or reporting role with a strong delivery track recordHands-on experience with both Tableau and Power BI, with a view on the trade-offsExperience building dashboards on a contemporary cloud data warehouse, ideally SnowflakeStrong SQL skills, comfortable writing queries to investigate data, prototype metrics and support your own development workDemonstrated ability to diagnose and improve underperforming dashboardsFamiliarity with dimensional data models, and knowing when to push logic back to the database rather than the BI toolProven ability to independently manage stakeholders, including running requirements sessions and presenting to senior audiencesExperience in consulting, start-up or a similarly fast-paced environment highly regardedExperience in property, real estate or operational businesses with complex data environments highly regardedWHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
