We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to be the face of our parts sales operations.In this role, you will be at the forefront of our part sales operations and will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about the heavy machinery industry and eager to grow their career with a leading company.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of partsCollaborate closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support branch successHandle inbound order calls, process data, and interpret parts requirementsFollow up on customer inquiries to meet their needsConduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching partsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a high-level customer service roleForklift licence and warehousing experience desirableAn aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/servicesProblem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksIntermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team membersWhy WesTrac?
