Production Operator

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing client based in Beverley. This is a hands-on role working within a production workplace, supporting the efficient operation of the product fill line and maintaining high-quality standards.

This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, with rotating day and afternoon shifts. Occasional weekend work may be required to meet production demands. You'll rotate through a variety of production tasks, providing plenty of variety throughout your workday while contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Rotate through various production and fill line tasks
Load buckets and lids onto the production line
Connect hoses and fill heads to support filling operations
Operate control panels and production equipment
Stack, wrap and prepare pallets for dispatch
Move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
Operate forklifts and other mobile plant equipment where licensed
Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties
Follow quality, safety and operational procedures at all times

About You
Previous experience in manufacturing, production,



process work or machine operation is highly regarded
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential

Requirements
Full working rights within Australia
Availability to work rotating day and afternoon shifts between 6:00am and 8:45pm
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to pass a National Police Check
Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screen
