About the role

You'll be responsible for running the pizza section as part of our wider kitchen team. Set within one of Fremantle's most unique heritage venues, the Old Courthouse is a busy, rapid-paced venue offering casual dining, functions, weddings and events throughout the year.

Key responsibilities
Preparing, stretching and cooking fresh pizza dough
Managing the pizza section during busy services
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation
Preparing ingredients and completing section mise en place
Maintaining a clean, organised and effective workspace
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Assisting across other areas of the kitchen when required

About you
Has previous experience working as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role




Is confident working with fresh dough and a high-volume pizza service
Works well under pressure
Has solid attention to detail and consistency
Is reliable, organised and a good team player
Understands food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
Is available to work evenings and weekends
