Novotel Perth Murray Street is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team on a part time basis (24 hours per week). This role involves handling individual and group reservations, coordinating with across departments, and ensuring a seamless guest check-in experience at our central Perth location.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, maintain fluency with Accor Live Limitless loyalty programs, explain policies, and assist with room blocks and rate codes.
