The opportunity

Western Stainless Solutions is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Trades Person to join our team in Landsdale, WA. As a Sheet Metal Trades Person, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and installing a variety of stainless-steel kitchen and bar benchtops and frames.

Key responsibilities
Read and interpret drawings and specifications to fabricate metal components
Operate machinery such as guillotine, brakes, rollers and tig welding equipment to cut, bend and join metal materials
Bend, tig weld and polish stainless steel benchtops fabricated from 1.2mm up to 5mm thick
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and find effective solutions
Maintain a clean and organised work workplace

What we're looking for
Qualified Sheet Metal Trades Person with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Skilled in operating sheet metal fabrication equipment such as guillotine, press brakes, rollers and tig welding




Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Relevant trade certificate or qualification
