You will qualify their vehicle, collect the required details and images, work with our wholesale network to obtain competitive offers, present those offers to customers and guide them through to settlement.You will also work closely with the wider CarSauce sales team, taking ownership of vehicle trade-in leads generated through customers purchasing their next car with us.This is a phone-based, customer-facing sales role suited to someone who understands used cars,



knows the Australian used-car market and enjoys building relationships and closing deals.What You'll Be DoingRespond quickly to CarSauce Sell and trade-in enquiries by phone, SMS and emailBuild rapport with customers and understand their vehicle, timeframe and expectationsQualify vehicles and collect required information, images and supporting detailsSubmit vehicles to our wholesale network and manage incoming offersWhat We're Looking ForRelevant dealership experience is required, ideally across used-car sales, trade-ins, vehicle appraisals or acquisitionsStrong knowledge of used cars and the Australian used-car marketConfidence discussing vehicle condition, value and market positioning with customersUnderstanding of the factors that influence retail, trade-in and wholesale vehicle valuesStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phoneAbility to build rapport and trust quicklyStrong sales and objection-handling skills without relying on high-pressure tacticsExcellent organisation and follow-up disciplineComfortable managing a high volume of leads at different stages of the sales processCommercially minded and comfortable working towards targets and KPIsConfident using CRM systems and digital communication toolsReliable, accountable and able to work effectively within a wider sales teamAble to work full-time from our Brighton East officeBonus Points!
