Lead the NSW office and build on our success across the trades & engineering sectorsManage and set team up for success across blue and white collar whilst leading from the front yourselfManage and deliver results to budget and work within the leadership team, adding value and strategic ideas to continue to improve our businessIdentify labour requirements, projects, and emerging opportunities before they reach the broader marketMaintain commercial discipline around pricing, margins, candidate quality,



and client performanceDeliver and grow an existing 360 desk – blue or white collar, whilst leading the teamBuild and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value-based relationships with both new and known clients & prospectsDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for specific roles you recruitHaving operated in the NSW market for 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a outstanding story to tell.
The role will form part of our National leadership team and involve collaboration with other state leaders.
