Role Description The Current Home Sales Specialist is Commisson Only Hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the new home sales process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients in the displays, understanding their needs, presenting suitable home designs and house-and-land packages, and explaining pricing and inclusions clearly. The role involves managing inquiries, conducting follow-up communications, coordinating site visits,



and liaising with construction and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in new home sales and homebuilding, with the ability to explain design options and build processes in explicit, accessible language.
Strong sales and customer service skills, including consultative selling, relationship building, and handling enquiries from first home buyers Investors
Current real estate license or eligibility to obtain one, with an understanding of local property market trends and regulation
Proven ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records using CRM or similar systems.
Previous experience in residential construction, property, or housing finance is advantageous.
