About Glenfield Waste Services

Glenfield Waste Services operates a waste management and resource recovery facility in Glenfield, supporting the construction, demolition, civil and transport industries across Sydney.

Our operations include receiving and processing construction materials, crushing and screening, and supplying recycled aggregates, sands and road base. Our operators play an key role in recovering usable materials and keeping the site running safely and efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. Loader experience is essential. Excavator and dump truck experience is preferred but not essential.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include
Operating front-end loaders to move materials, manage stockpiles and load outbound trucks.
Feeding crushing and screening equipment.
Keeping materials separated and maintaining clean, organised stockpiles and work areas.




Completing daily pre-start checks, undertaking basic equipment care and reporting faults.
Working closely with the weighbridge team and other operators to keep materials moving safely and efficiently.
Operating other machinery where experienced and competent.

About you

We are looking for someone with:
Proven loader operating experience, including truck loading and stockpile management.
A robust focus on safety and awareness of people, vehicles and machinery working nearby.
A reliable, punctual approach and willingness to assist with daily site duties.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in waste, recycling, quarrying or earthmoving environments, ideally.
Excavator and dump truck experience would be highly regarded.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with Saturdays as required.
