We are seeking an experienced ICT Change Management Lead to join a local government organisation and lead change management activities across a portfolio of complex ICT projects.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring people, processes and technology are effectively prepared for and able to adopt organisational change.

The Opportunity
Lead change management activities across major ICT projects and initiatives
Develop and implement change, communication and business readiness plans
Assess change impacts, readiness and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
Partner with project and business leaders to drive successful implementation
Coach and support senior leaders in their role as change sponsors
Lead and develop a high-performing change management team
Monitor readiness, engagement, training and adoption outcomes
Provide expert change management advice across complex ICT programs
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, consultation and engagement activities

We are looking for a strategic and highly experienced change skilled with:




5+ years' experience in ICT Change Management
Proven experience delivering change across large, complex ICT projects
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving and influencing capabilities
Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci, PCI, Lean Change or similar
Experience leading change initiatives and/or change management teams
Local Government experience is desirable
