We are a specialist medical practice with a difference. We provide a range of neurological services to people in the community.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist with excellent organisational and administrative skills to join our team on a part time basis (16 hours per week).

The ideal applicant will have at least 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist and previous experience working with medical software.

We are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, and helpful, and who enjoys working in a medical practice environment that values exceptional customer service and patient care.

About the Role

As a healthcare receptionist, you will be responsible for facilitating the flow of patients into and out of the medical practice. You will be the first point of contact and will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Co-ordinating patient bookings;

· Communications (responding to phone calls and emails);

· Handling billings;

· Re-stocking;

· General office administration;





· Using your creativity and experience to create more efficient medical processes and procedures;

· Provide excellent service to patients on the phone and in person.

About you

Essential Criteria:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist
Experience working with medical software
Exceptional interpersonal and patient service skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficient computer skills and confidence learning recent software
Positive “can-do” attitude

Desirable Criteria:

.Experience using C2C Software

.Tyro/Medipass experience.

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate
Liverpool NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
Medical receptionist: 2 years (Required)
