The Role

Delivering high-quality food for the site whilst followingfood safety standards, policies
and procedures
Productive service delivery, which anticipates andaccommodates client needs
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with theteam and stakeholders
Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthyeating
Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices




Overseeing the team on site

About You
A passion for great food, beverage and service!
Thorough understanding of OH&S; and Food Safetypractices
Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading byexample
A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
Proven background of event planning and operations
Proven ability of training and development of teams
Ability to multitask and work in a quick paced, dynamicwork environment
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
