About the role

We are hiring to replace a maternity leave position in our GP reception team and a expansion in our Corporate Health team has created an prospect for a Medical Receptionist/Clinical Screener.

These full time positions are based at Townsville & Suburban Medical Practice (TSMP), a long-standing family practice located in Cranbrook, Townsville. The role will have a fortnightly rotating roster and will include opening and closing of the practice. You will be joining a friendly team of receptionists, nursing staff and allied health professionals who work closely with an experienced team of general practitioners.

About you
Previous experience in general practice and/or medical reception (desirable)




Medical Software experience (Best Practice Software or similar) (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and a robust work ethic
A can-do attitude, a willingness to work hard and a positive mindset
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
