About the role The HR Administrator will provide efficient and proactive administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager and business leaders, the role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, employee engagement and general HR operations in a fast-paced automotive OEM setting.

Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR and general administrative support.
Maintain employee records, HR databases and employment documentation.
Prepare contracts, letters, variations, probation and other HR documents.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, candidate communication and pre-employment checks.
Support onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
Liaise with payroll provider and manage employee changes, leave and employment information.
Assist with HR reporting, employee enquiries and HR systems.
Support employee engagement, wellbeing,



recognition and company initiatives.
Assist with performance management, policies, compliance and HR audits.
Provide visa and work entitlement administration where required.

About you
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or a similar role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using HRIS or recruitment systems.
