About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the team at Adlab. This is a full time position based in Norwood. You will play a crucial role in our studio, creating compelling visual content that brings our clients' brands to life.
You will work collaboratively with our creative team to develop cutting-edge design solutions that meet strategic objectives and exceed client expectations. This role is integral to delivering outstanding creative work across a diverse range of advertising and media projects.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an advertising agency or creative studio environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design, digital design and branding projects
Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple design applications
Experience working independantly and responding to feedback constructively
Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A passion for creativity, design innovation and staying informed about industry developments
