Life Without Barriers in Tasmania is seeking a dedicated Child & Family Practitioner to deliver high quality casework and supervision in family-based care, including Foster and Kinship Care. You will partner with carers, children and agencies to develop and review individualised care plans, promoting placement stability and safety.

The role requires a recognised degree in Social Work or Psychology, experience in child protection, and robust written and verbal communication skills.
