We are looking for a experienced friendly, professional and organised Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Sanctuary Golf Resort on a casual basis, 2 days per week and leave cover.

As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from check-in through to check-out. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys customer service and working in a busy hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
Taking and managing accommodation reservations
Responding to phone, email and online enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest accounts
Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues promptly
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance and other resort departments
Providing information about resort facilities, golf, dining and local attractions
Completing general reception and administration duties
Maintaining a professional and organised front desk area

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent customer service and communication skills




Presents professionally and has a warm, welcoming manner
Is reliable, organised and able to work independently
Has strong attention to detail
Is confident using computers and learning booking systems
Can remain calm and professional during busy periods
Works well as part of a team
Is available to work a adaptable roster, including weekends and public holidays
Shifts are AM 7am - 12.30pm PM 12pm - 6pm

Previous hotel reception, reservations or customer service experience is required, although training can be provided to the right candidate.
