Cutting, wrapping and packing of stock.
Being a go-to for produce knowledge, seasonality, sourcing, and genuine service.
Maintain quality control and minimise stock loss and waste.
Ensure store cleanliness, general upkeep of work areas, and compliance with food safety standards.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Experience in fresh produce, grocery retail, or hospitality, with a sound understanding of fruit and vegetable varieties.
Exceptional customer service and a friendly, outgoing, trustworthy manner.
High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented approach.
Solid communication skills with staff, management, and customers.
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to achieving store targets.
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced retail setting.
Willingness to abide by company policies and procedures.
Physical capacity to lift 20kg .
THE ROLE
Casual and Full Time positions available
Seven-day roster (five-day working week),
Shifts as early as 7am (essential).
Afternoon flexibility.
Weekend availability required.
