Your role will encompass a combination of technical accounting, tax, client management, team leadership and advisory work, including:Managing client relationships throughout the compliance processPreparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns across all entity typesReviewing work prepared by the team and providing technical guidanceManaging, mentoring and developing team membersOverseeing workflow and ensuring deadlines are achievedProviding business and tax advisory services to clientsIdentifying business development opportunitiesAssisting the Partner with the strategic direction and growth of the practiceUndertaking complex compliance and project work as requiredAbout YouYou may currently be a Senior Accountant, Supervisor or Manager within a Big Four, mid-tier or larger accounting practice and be ready for a change.You will be looking for an environment where you can step away from the corporate structure and have greater ownership, flexibility and influence.Ideally, you will have:Several years' experience in Australian public practiceCA or CPA qualificationStrong Tax & Business Services experienceExperience managing and reviewing accounting workConfidence dealing directly with clientsThe ability to lead,
