We represent 20 years of fit out and construction excellence, providing the highest level of professional service to our clients.About the PositionYou willreportto the Project Manager, with a sub-report to the Construction Manager, and will bea critical part of the Production Team.
Internally you willliaiseclosely with the Site Manager and at times other relevant departments.
Externally the roleinvolves regular contact with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
You will assist in subcontracts and supplier procurement and financial management for allocated projects in accordance with specific contract conditions and within the company's policies and procedures.
You will ensure each project is completed on time,



within budget and to the highest quality.To be considered for this chance, you will needskills and experience in the following:Tertiary qualificationsFit-out/refurb sector working on projects from $1M to $15MManagement of project cost controlsProgramming, budgeting and forecastingVariation and progress claimsClient, team and supplier managementEnsuring best practice QA, WHS and IRCHEOPS and Procore (preferred but not essential)On offer is a very competitive market salary.Work with the close-knit management who champion progression within the company.If you are looking to secure a career opportunity in an expanding company with a young and vibrant culture, then this is for you!
