The positionRedox is seeking a Transport Support Officer to join the logistics team in Laverton North.
You will support the day-to-day operations of the Victorian division in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.Organising & writing consignment notesArranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivalsRecording and reconciling pallet transactionsInventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problemsTracking and uploading proof of deliveriesCompiling delivery run sheets and store reportsLaminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP's)Responding to internal sales/marketing queries and requestsGeneral Administrative duties and customer serviceAbout YouYou are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, high attention to detail and the ability to remain on task in a busy transport office.Previous experience in a similar roleReliable and able to commit to work 5 days a week between the hours of 6am-2pm and 8am-4pm.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholdersDangerous Goods experience an advantageReliable with exceptional time management skillsProficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite.Flexible and able to multi-task in a rapid-paced environmentSeeking to establish a career in warehousing, transport and logisticsJoining a friendly and supportive team at a time of great opportunity and growthAccredited 'Great Place to Work'Lunch provided daily onsiteSecure onsite parkingRedox is an equal opportunity employer which enjoys the benefit of a diverse team.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines, and applicable privacy legislation.
