The culture is relaxed, people know each other and there's a good level of autonomy in the way the team works.The project work is varied, including fit-outs, commercial, residential, retail and specialist projects, with some really interesting work in the portfolio, including the recent Sydney Fish Market project.About The RoleThey're looking for a Senior Revit Technician to join the team and become a key part of their design operation.This is a genuinely 3D Revit-focused role, rather than a traditional 2D CAD drafting position.You'll Be Involved InProducing detailed 3D Revit models for Hydraulic and Fire servicesSetting up projects, templates and Revit librariesCoordinating models and carrying out clash detectionWorking closely with Hydraulic and Fire Engineers to develop designsProducing detailed documentation and drawingsHelping maintain and improve Revit standards and processesCoordinating with other disciplines throughout the projectWhat they're looking forIdeally,



You'll HaveStrong Revit MEP experiencePrevious Hydraulic drafting/design experience would be highly valuedAn understanding of Hydraulic services and how they're designed and coordinatedExperience setting up Revit projects and librariesStrong 3D modelling and clash detection experienceSome familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC or similar standardsThe ability to work independently and take ownership of your workAutoCAD isn't essential, although some experience with it would be useful.Hydraulic experience is particularly important here.
This is a specialised consultancy, so someone who understands what they're modelling rather than simply producing drawings will be much more valuable.CultureProbably the biggest difference is the environment.It's a small, relaxed and non-corporate consultancy where people are trusted to get on with their work.
