We're now seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Site Supervisors and drive quality across our residential projects.About the RoleAs Construction Manager, you'll oversee and support a team of Site Supervisors to ensure every home is delivered to Sterling Homes' high standards, on time and on budget.
It's a senior leadership role for someone who knows what valuable construction looks like and can lift a team to deliver it consistently.Key responsibilities include:Leading and mentoring Site Supervisors across multiple projectsMonitoring Supervisor performance and following up to ensure expectations are metConducting site inspections and reviews to proactively identify risks, defects, and opportunities to improveReporting on site progress, quality outcomes, and team performance to the leadership teamProviding technical guidance to internal stakeholders, including our Customer Service and Maintenance teamsDriving a culture of quality, timeliness,
