You'll play a critical role in keeping our leadership team organised, connected and operating at their best.

schedules and executive prioritiesCoordinating meetings, leadership forums, travel and eventsPreparing presentations, reports, agendas and briefing materialsTaking minutes and following up on key actions and deliverablesManaging confidential communications and correspondenceAbout YouYou'll be a highly organised professional who enjoys working at pace and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.You'll bring:Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leadersAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills across Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational, planning and coordination abilitiesInterest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled toolsExperience managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangementsExceptional discretion when handling confidential informationA proactive, solutions-focused approachA current driver's licenceExperience supporting multiple executives within a complex or multi-business environment will be highly regarded.Why Join Burbank Group?
