The Opportunity

We're in search of experienced Food and Beverage Attendants who can bring a touch of flair, professionalism and a genuine smile to our team. Casual & Part-Time positions available.

As a vital team member at One Eleven, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Our successful candidate will have:
At least one year of experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in a 5-star hotel or premium dining workplace.
A passion for food and beverage,



a strong focus on customer service, and a genuine desire for crafting memorable event experiences.
Strong barista skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (non-negotiable)
