PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician for our Charlestown and Lake Haven stores. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work in a quick-paced retail workplace and help repair devices while delivering excellent customer service.
You will learn basic mobile device repairs, handle sales, and maintain a clean, secure workspace. IRP certification is preferred, and weekend availability is helpful.
