Intensive Care at Home (ICAH) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, 12-month time-limited contract with a genuine view to permanency.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded finance professional who can take ownership, lead a high-performing team and drive measurable financial results.

About the Role

You will lead the finance function with a robust focus on:
Improving cash flow and reducing aged receivables
Driving faster collections and improving DSO
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and claims
Reducing 60 and 90 day outstanding debt
Strengthening financial controls, reporting and processes
Managing NDIS, TAC and other funder-related payment issues
Identifying and reducing the risk of bad debts and write-offs
Leading, developing and holding the finance team accountable
Providing accurate financial reporting and meaningful insights to management.

About You

You will be
An experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record in medium to large organisations
A strong people leader who can mentor, develop and inspire a high-performing team
Highly skilled in financial management, reporting, compliance and internal controls
Experienced in Xero and Microsoft Excel




Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
A solid communicator with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work autonomously in a quick-paced environment
Professional, ethical and committed to the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Experience in NDIS, TAC, healthcare or community services is highly regarded.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be demonstrated through improved cash collection, reduced aged debt, improved DSO, timely invoicing, accurate financial reporting and a highly accountable finance team.
