We are seeking dedicated Farm Hands to join our team at one of our Pinjar- WA farms (Perry Road). In this hands-on role, you will assist with day-to-day farm operations, support the welfare of our livestock, maintain farm facilities, and contribute to high-quality production standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working with animals, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for a reliable and rewarding role in the poultry industry. You must have your own vehicle as there is no public transport available.

Daily Tasks
Assist with general farm operations, including feeding and monitoring livestock.
Ensure all animals are treated humanely and in compliance with company standards.




Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in farm facilities.
Complete manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
Support egg collection and inspection processes.
Identify and report any animal welfare, food safety, or operational issues.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

You Will Bring to This Role
Own reliable transport and valid driver's license are a must.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks in a farm environment.
Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
