Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of SMB customers in the ANZ South territory (VIC, SA, WA and TAS).

You will:
Build trusted relationships by understanding each customer's business, workforce challenges and priorities.
Balance proactive account growth with responsive customer support.
Identify and progress upsell, cross-sell, renewal and retention opportunities.
Lead customer meetings and executive business reviews that uncover risks, priorities and prospects.
Monitor account health and churn risk, partnering with internal teams to develop effective retention plans.
Build strong relationships with external partners and identify partner-led opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and account records in Salesforce.
Represent customer and portfolio needs internally while working effectively across a global organisation.
