Accor’s Sydney Olympic Park precinct is seeking a Venue Manager to lead The Brewery Bar + Kitchen, a vibrant pub-style venue in a energetic hospitality setting. You’ll oversee a high-volume operation serving locals, hotel guests and event attendees, ensuring seamless service and financial performance.

You’ll coach a diverse team, coordinate large events, ensure gaming compliance and maintain high guest standards, while partnering with Sales & Marketing on activations.
