About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Estate Sales Consultant to join our South Australian team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys working with premium residential development projects.

You will be based onsite responsible for the day to day management of a designated project sales office striving to achieve and exceed project sales targets. You will be supported by a Sales Associate and contribute to their growth and development.

We are seeking experienced sales professionals focused on exceeding delivery for all project stakeholders.





About You To be considered for this role, you will have:
Current South Australian Real Estate Registration or Licence
Proven success in a residential built form sales environment
Robust closing, negotiation, and relationship building skills
High level of customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team culture
