We are currently seeking an experienced Blender / Batch Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Melbourne's South-East.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience working with ingredients, batching, blending or manufacturing processes.About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Preparing and batching materials in line with proceduresWeighing and measuring ingredients accuratelyOperating blending and processing equipmentMonitoring production processesConducting quality checksCompleting production and batch recordsCleaning and maintaining equipment and work areasFollowing food safety, hygiene and workplace safety proceduresIdentifying and reporting any issues during productionAbout YouTo be successful,



you will have:Previous experience in food, beverage, manufacturing or similar environmentsExperience with batching, blending or production processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood understanding of hygiene and quality requirementsGood mechanical and technical aptitudeAbility to follow procedures and documentationReliable and hardworking attitudeAbility to work well within a teamA relevant food manufacturing qualification and LF Forklift Licence will be highly regarded.Permanent full-time prospect | South-East Melbourne
