You will be a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance dealership environment and takes pride in delivering precision, efficiency, and a premium customer experience to our valued clients.In this role you will:Accurately interpret, identify, and supply parts for workshop technicians and retail customersManage parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a professional, customer-focused approachProcess parts orders, invoicing, and returns in line with dealership and manufacturer requirementsMaintain optimal stock levels and assist with inventory control and stocktakesLiaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales teams to ensure timely parts availabilityEnsure correct pricing, documentation,



and warranty complianceMaintain a clean, organised, and professional parts departmentAdhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and safety standardsContribute to continuous improvement of parts processes and customer experienceOur ideal candidate will possess the following:Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within an automotive dealershipStrong knowledge of automotive parts systems and cataloguesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicIntermediate computer skills and experience with DMS systems (preferred)Why Join Autosports Group?
