Storage King is a market leader in Self-Storage, and with continued growth plans, it is an exciting time to join our team.Certified Great Place to Work – ********* in both Australia and New ZealandThe RoleStorage King is currently seeking a full-time Customer Sales Specialist to join our Contact Centre team in Dandenong.This role is perfectly suited to people who like solving problems, are motivated by achieving targets and who can work with customers to identify their needs and create value for the Storage King business.The Main Responsibilities IncludeProvide support on the phone to customers across our store network throughout Australia and New Zealand.Provide storage solutions for recent customers by –Identifying their storage needs.Understand the problem they are facing.Source the appropriate solution.Most importantly- ask for the business!
Offer guidance on our packing and moving services.Support our Store based teams across the country in providing great customer experiences and the performance of our store networkWorking Hours:Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pmTotal 38 hours per weekFlexibility will be required for this role to assist in covering shifts as required.What Will You NeedExperience in sales in a Call Centre or Retail environment.The ability to own the customers experienceA professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
