About the role

This is a hands-on production role primarily working in the small-format digital printing and finishing area. Equipment includes colour digital production presses, black & white digital production equipment, Polar guillotine, binding and finishing equipment, and digital cutting equipment. Typical work includes brochures, booklets, manuals, flyers, cards, presentation material and other short-run commercial printing.

Key responsibilities
Set up and operate digital production printing equipment
Check artwork, files and job specifications before production
Produce jobs accurately and efficiently
Monitor print and colour quality
Guillotine cutting and general print finishing
Binding, booklet making and other finishing
Follow job tickets and production schedules
Complete quality checks
Assist with other production work when required

About you
Previous experience operating production digital printing equipment or commercial copiers
Experience on any major brand suitable; Ricoh, Xerox/Fuji Xerox,



Konica Minolta, Canon or similar production equipment
Experience with guillotines, booklet making, binding or other print finishing equipment would be an advantage
Reliable and organised
Quality focused with valuable attention to detail
Comfortable working independently
Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities
Confident using computers and digital print workflows
Practical and willing to help across different areas of production
Comfortable working as part of a small production team
