About The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of safety, quality, delivery and cost performance across two manufacturing streams.
You'll lead a team of two experienced Production Supervisors and Production administration while working closely with Sales, Engineering, Drafting and Warehousing to keep customer commitments on track.Our Perth facility supplies wear-resistant ceramic and hose solutions to the mining industry, and we're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Ceramics and Hose & Gasket workshops.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop supervisors and their teamsPlan capacity, schedule production, and manage factory order flowDrive continuous improvement and cost/lead-time reduction (Lean, Six Sigma or similar exposure highly regarded)Ensure SWI and procedural compliance,
