Working closely with the Care partners, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‐quality care services while keeping our day‐to‐day operations running smoothly.
This is is a true all‐rounder position combining administration, coordination, and client support.
No two days will be the same.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the whole team.Coordinate client services, schedules, and documentation.Liaise with clients, families,



and support workers in a professional and compassionate mannerMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Support at Home requirementsAssist with onboarding new clients and staffGeneral office coordination and problem‐solving as neededAbout YouHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with a warm, professional approachAble to multitask and prioritise in a busy environmentPrevious experience in aged care, community services, or a similar role (preferred)Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyA proactive, can‐do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever neededWhy Join Us?
