and public holidays.QualificationsExtensive customer service experience.Proven ability to manage relationships effectively.Experience handling difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.Goal‐oriented with a strong focus on service satisfaction.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Hotel concierge experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Korean (highly desirable).
