Experienced Café Chef – Full Time

About the Role
Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast, lunch, and catering menus
Confidently manage grill, pan, and fryer sections
Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
Work efficiently under pressure in a busy café environment
Assist with stock rotation, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Work closely with a friendly and experienced team

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a café or busy kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, organised, and able to perform well during busy periods
A positive attitude and robust work ethic
Own reliable transport is essential

Hours
5 shifts per week (roster may vary)
Typical hours: 5:00am – 2:30pm
Mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
Availability Monday to Sunday required
