About the role

Midfield Food Services is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Butchers, Apprentice Butchers, Knife Hands and Production Staff to join our team in Regency Park, South Australia. This is a full time opportunity to contribute to the success of our leading food processing company.

What you'll be doing
Preparing, cutting and packaging a variety of meat products to the highest quality standards
Assisting with the full butchery process, including boning, trimming and packing
Mincing, dicing and sausage filling
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work setting
Collaborating with the wider production team to meet daily targets and deadlines

What we're looking for
Relevant experience in butchery, meat processing or food production (essential for qualified Butchers, desirable for Apprentices and Production Staff)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team




Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification
Willingness to learn new skills
