All Foods Market is a well-established West Australian-owned, family-run business that operates several IGA supermarkets around Perth.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Butcher to join our team. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term, stable employment within a solid and secure company.

The Opportunity (Immediate Start Available):

We are seeking an experienced butcher who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a rapid-paced retail workplace. This role involves a combination of butchering and ordering case-ready meat, ensuring our customers receive consistently high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
Cutting, preparing, and presenting meat products to company and food safety standards
Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace in line with HACCP requirements
Monitoring stock levels and placing accurate orders for case-ready meat




Ensuring correct product rotation and minimising waste
Providing excellent customer service
Working with attention to detail to maintain quality and consistency across all tasks

Ideally, the Successful Applicant will have:
Previous retail butchery experience
Strong knife skills and knowledge of different cuts of meat
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Reliability and the ability to work unsupervised
Excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
