We’re seeking enthusiastic Inbound Call Centre Agents to join a fast-paced contact centre in Fannie Bay.

What’s on offer:
$34.96 per hour super
Immediate start
Onsite parking
Rotating roster: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–9pm
No Sundays or Mondays

About the role:

You’ll handle high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with placing bets on sports and racing. This includes providing accurate information, supporting current customers, and delivering excellent service in a fast-moving environment. You’ll also promote responsible gambling and ensure all regulatory and company policies are followed. What we’re looking for:
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace
Solid computer skills
Resilient, positive attitude
Interest in sport and/or racing

Additional details:
Full training and ongoing support provided
Must be available for rotating shifts, including peak periods (especially Saturdays and Melbourne Cup Day)
