Whether your expertise comes from practical industry experience or qualified engineering qualifications, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering quality infrastructure projects.About the RoleReporting to the Coordinator Engineering Design, you will contribute to the planning and design of a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects and provide technical expertise and support project delivery from concept through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Preparing civil engineering designs and technical documentation.Developing specifications, cost estimates.Assist with feature survey.Preparing reports, project plans and project schedules.Providing technical advice and support across Council.Liaising with contractors, consultants, service authorities and community members.Supporting the successful delivery of projects within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForYou are proactive, solutions-focused and enjoy delivering practical outcomes.Depending on your background and experience, you may bring:Experience in civil engineering, design, drafting, surveying or project delivery.Qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.Knowledge of road,



drainage and pavement design principles.Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD or equivalent.Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.A commitment to delivering quality outcomes for the community.Why Join Us?
