The candidate will have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities (but not limited):
Provide Level 2 desktop support at client's officeProvide helpdesk and remote support for IT and AV equipmentComplete project tasks as instructed by the clientOccasional after-hours work with appropriate compensation
Requirements:
Pro-active, customer focused,



and comfortable dealing with end users directlyAble to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively2+ years experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support roleComfortable working in a teamMicrosoft MCP certification preferredExperience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, Sharepoint, etcExperience with AV systems and providing meeting supportExperience with helpdesk ticketing systems including ServiceNowDiploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is preferred but not essential
