With $30M in annual turnover and continued growth, the business is well established but still has an exciting, entrepreneurial feel. We're looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper to join the finance team and take ownership of a varied day-to-day workload.

The role
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank reconciliations
General finance administration
Supporting the wider bookkeeping function
Assisting with fortnightly payroll for approximately 25 staff
Processing payroll through Employment Hero
Working with MYOB AccountRight

It's a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, busy and involved. You'll have plenty of variety and won't be tucked away in a highly siloed finance function. Ideally,



you'll have:
Previous bookkeeping experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and data entry
Experience with MYOB - AccountRight is advantageous, but broader MYOB experience will absolutely be considered
Previous payroll experience
Employment Hero experience is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, reliable and can-do attitude
The ability to manage a busy workload and keep things moving
